What is the expected weekly time commitment? Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes, the program is designed for working professionals. We anticipate a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. This time is a mix of a 2-hour live session for Redemptive Exploration and self-guided work on your weekly technical challenge.Think of this not as "more work," but as a highly concentrated investment. It's designed to accelerate your career more effectively in 12 weeks than years of unfocused, casual learning ever could. We respect your time by ensuring every single component is high-impact and directly applicable to your growth as a leader.

I have more than 3 years of experience. Is this program too junior for me?

That's a great question. While our target is 1-3 years of experience, this program is not about re-teaching you technical skills you already know. It's about installing a new operating system for strategic thinking.We've found that even seasoned developers and designers benefit from our frameworks because the industry often teaches tactical execution, not strategic leadership. If you feel a gap between your technical ability and your strategic influence, you will find this program immensely valuable.

Is this a bootcamp? Will I learn a new programming language or design tool?

No. This is not a bootcamp. We assume you already possess foundational technical skills. Our role is different: we accelerate professionals toward the strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities that create real impact. You won't learn the basics of a new tool; you will learn how to decide which tool to use and why, how to architect the system it fits into, and how to lead the team that builds it.

What is the difference between Brave Fundamentals and the Brave Fellowship?

Brave Fundamentals: The 12-week, virtual accelerator that gives you the fuel the strategic frameworks, the redemptive mindset, and the leadership skills. It is the primary pathway into our ecosystem.Brave Redemptive Fellowship: This is a paid 6-month work contract to join us in Ogbomoso, Oyo State of Nigeria for a deeper fellowshiping as we work on real client projects, travel, dinner, and pray together. It's completely a separate program that is invite-only with details only communicated to those we decide to hire.

Is the 'Redemptive Exploration' pillar a religious service or a Bible study?

No. Think of it as a strategic, cross-disciplinary forum for leaders. We believe that to build truly impactful technology, you must be clear on your own worldview and purpose.In these sessions, we provide an intellectual toolkit to analyze how technology shapes culture and how your faith can become an operational framework for innovation, ethics, and leadership. We explore case studies and engage in worldview provocations that challenge you to build products that don't just solve problems but actively bring restoration.

How competitive is the program and what are you really looking for?

We are admitting 100 for the 2025 cohort.Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for three things: a hunger for growth, a deep sense of purpose, and a humble, collaborative spirit.
