12-week virtual accelerator where Africa's faith-driven software engineers and product designers learn to fuse world-class technical excellence with a redemptive purpose through strategic, hands-on challenges.Application closes: 11:59PM WAT, September 7th, 2025
Program starts: 22nd September, 2025
You're a talented developer or designer. You're passionate about your craft and your faith. But you feel like you're capable of more than just closing tickets and pushing pixels.Does your daily work feel disconnected from real-world impact? Are you longing to contribute to the "why" behind the "what" you're building? Do you see problems in products and processes but lack the framework to articulate and solve them? Are you ready to be a voice of wisdom and strategy in your tech field? We believe that your faith and your tech skills are powerful gifts. We're here to help you steward them to create lasting impact.
Curriculum
Self-guided technical work during the week + live redemptive exploration sessions + peer collaboration + expert review and feedback. Engineering and design topics may appear advanced, but they're scoped for 1-3 years experience to develop strategic thinking, not master complex implementations. It's only a 12-week program.
This is where theory meets high-stakes execution. One strategic, real-world challenge per week that you solve independently, then discuss with peers and receive expert feedback. These aren't tutorials, they're the kind of problems senior developers and designers tackle daily. You will sharpen your product judgment, learn to make the critical trade-offs that define exceptional talent, and develop the technical mastery required to manage complex projects.
Technology is never neutral; every product shapes the world it touches. In our weekly live sessions, we move beyond the "how" to explore the "why."Through case studies, cross-disciplinary discussions, and worldview provocations, you will develop a robust framework for creating technology that actively serves human flourishing, heals communities, and aligns with the heart of the Gospel.Led by experienced redemptive leaders in tech globally.

Our journey began with a bold experiment: a nine-month, fully residential pilot fellowship designed to test a single idea. Could we create an environment that would forge Africa's most promising technologists into leaders who build with both world-class excellence and a redemptive, faith-driven purpose? The results from that foundational cohort were transformative. We saw fellows launch ventures, secure meaningful roles even before program ended, and, most importantly, begin to reshape their communities through their work.Today, that proven model has evolved. Brave Fundamentals is now the definitive entry point into our ecosystem, designed to equip a new generation of builders with the strategic and spiritual insight needed to lead. The voices you see here are from the pioneering alumni of our pilot fellowship, the first fruits of a mission that is just getting started.

FAQ
Yes, the program is designed for working professionals. We anticipate a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. This time is a mix of a 2-hour live session for Redemptive Exploration and self-guided work on your weekly technical challenge.Think of this not as "more work," but as a highly concentrated investment. It's designed to accelerate your career more effectively in 12 weeks than years of unfocused, casual learning ever could. We respect your time by ensuring every single component is high-impact and directly applicable to your growth as a leader.
That's a great question. While our target is 1-3 years of experience, this program is not about re-teaching you technical skills you already know. It's about installing a new operating system for strategic thinking. We've found that even seasoned developers and designers benefit from our frameworks because the industry often teaches tactical execution, not strategic leadership. If you feel a gap between your technical ability and your strategic influence, you will find this program immensely valuable.
No. This is not a bootcamp. We assume you already possess foundational technical skills. Our role is different: we accelerate professionals toward the strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities that create real impact. You won't learn the basics of a new tool; you will learn how to decide which tool to use and why, how to architect the system it fits into, and how to lead the team that builds it.
Brave Fundamentals: The 12-week, virtual accelerator that gives you the fuel the strategic frameworks, the redemptive mindset, and the leadership skills. It is the primary pathway into our ecosystem.Brave Redemptive Fellowship: This is a paid 6-month work contract to join us in Ogbomoso, Oyo State of Nigeria for a deeper fellowshiping as we work on real client projects, travel, dinner, and pray together. It's completely a separate program that is invite-only with details only communicated to those we decide to hire.
No. Think of it as a strategic, cross-disciplinary forum for leaders. We believe that to build truly impactful technology, you must be clear on your own worldview and purpose. In these sessions, we provide an intellectual toolkit to analyze how technology shapes culture and how your faith can become an operational framework for innovation, ethics, and leadership. We explore case studies and engage in worldview provocations that challenge you to build products that don't just solve problems but actively bring restoration.
We are admitting 100 for the 2025 cohort.Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for three things: a hunger for growth, a deep sense of purpose, and a humble, collaborative spirit. Your essay is the best place to show us this. We want to see your self-awareness, understand your journey, and get a clear sense of the impact you want to make.
You have the talent. You have the faith. But talent without strategic direction remains potential, and faith without action remains philosophy. This 12-week program is not just about advancing your career. It is about equipping you to do the work you were uniquely designed for, to build technology that serves, heals, and restores. The problems that need your mind and your heart will not solve themselves. The application deadline is a gate. Step through it.Application closes: 11:59PM WAT, August 31st, 2025
